Survivorship Care Plan Workshop – Cottesloe

This workshop is tailored for women who have completed active treatment for Early Breast Cancer in the last 12 months.
During this workshop you will be guided through the survivorship care plan. We acknowledge the challenges that arise after completing treatment and seek to empower you to take charge of your health and well-being by providing you with a comprehensive understanding of available resources and practical skills.
