They help you understand your diagnosis and treatment plans, navigate health services, communicate and liaise with multidisciplinary care teams, and support you to make informed decisions about your health and wellbeing. We are also fortunate to have a specialist metastatic breast care nurse, who is dedicated to caring for clients with metastatic cancer.
Our nurses can make home and hospital visits within the metropolitan area and can also provide support to regional clients via phone, email or video chat.
