Each year during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Perth Wildcats and Perth Lynx hold a match marquee for Breast Cancer Care WA – the PINK Game. This spectacular event sees both teams’ hundreds of spectators wear pink to the game, donate to support families facing breast cancer, and bid on exciting auction items in the pre-game event.
Last year saw 5,000 waterproof breast check shower tags distributed at the games, to encourage awareness and conscientiousness about checking your breasts.
