People dealing with breast cancer can experience a range of emotions including stress, sadness, fear and anger. In this workshop, we will examine information about the science of stress, and look at practical strategies to deal with stress including breathing and meditation, mindfulness, self-compassion and lifestyle changes.
This workshop is suitable for those with an early breast cancer diagnosis who are currently experiencing low to medium levels of stress. This is a small group workshop and registration is essential.
