Living Well Yin Yoga (Online)

Online Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where all the postures are done on the floor and each shape is held for up to 5 minutes. This is not always comfortable; however, it is a mindful practice which can help with managing discomfort over time. Yin is non-strenuous and is ideal if you are feeling fatigued.

Facilitator: Chandrika Gibson

Venue: Online via Zoom

Time & Day: 6.30pm – 7.30pm Tuesdays

Dates: 6 week term (20 Feb – 26 March)

Equipment: Set up a space at home where you can see and hear your internet-connected device (computer, laptop, phone or smart TV) with a yoga mat, cushion, bolster, yoga block (you can use a thick textbook if you don’t have a block), optional eye pillow, and blanket.
