Living Well Gentle Hatha Yoga (Online)

A slow, non-flowing class with a focus on mindfulness, breathing, and building strength and balance.

Dates: 6 week term ( 6 November – 11 December)
Equipment and registrations for online yoga
Equipment: Set up a space at home where you can see and hear your internet-connected device (computer, laptop, phone or smart TV) with a yoga mat, cushion, bolster, yoga block (you can use a thick textbook if you don’t have a block), optional eye pillow, and blanket.
