Living Well Gentle Flow Yoga (Online)

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 25, 2024

Online Gentle Flow Yoga

A slow, flowing class which includes relaxation, breath awareness, and mindful movement designed to build strength gently, improve mobility, and manage stress.

Facilitator: Chandrika Gibson

Venue: Online via Zoom

Time & Day:7pm – 8pm Mondays

Dates: 6 week term 1 – Feb 19 – March 25


Equipment and registrations for online yoga

Equipment: Set up a space at home where you can see and hear your internet-connected device (computer, laptop, phone or smart TV) with a yoga mat, cushion, bolster, yoga block (you can use a thick textbook if you don’t have a block), optional eye pillow, and blanket.

If you are unfamiliar with using Zoom, we can provide a step-by-step guide.
