Long Table Lunch 2023 | Cancelled

Breast Cancer Care WA’s Long Table Lunch has a strong history of raising much needed funds for people with breast cancer and their families.

We rely on the generous support from our suppliers to put on an event at this scale, and while this remains strong, a significant shift in final costs confirmed over the past week has meant the 2023 Long Table Lunch event is simply not financially viable for the organisation. This means our primary objective of the event, to donate funds raised towards our Services, would not be feasible.

As such, we have made the incredibly difficult but necessary decision to cancel this year’s Long Table Lunch, as proceeding with the event could take away from us providing the services we do, which is simply not an option.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to ticketholders, suppliers, and wider event stakeholders for the inconvenience this has caused, we know this will be deeply disappointing news for many.

All ticketholders will be given a full refund.

Although this is hard news to deliver, we thank you for your unwavering support and know we will celebrate again at some point in the future.
