Living Well Mindfulness-based breast cancer recovery course

Join us for a 6 week online minfulness course facilitated by Yoga Therapist Dr Chandrika Gibson + Specialist Breast Care Nurse Karen Lewis + Psycho-oncology Counsellor Jacqui Cairns.
Mindfulness-based Breast Cancer Recovery is a 6 week online course which will introduce you to the role of mindfulness in living well after treatment. Learn to meditate and apply mindfulness-based interventions to common experiences of life after treatment for breast cancer.
Each week you will be invited to explore topics including creating a personalised Survivorship Care Plan, using mindfulness for self-awareness, applying mindfulness-based techniques to living with late and lasting effects of cancer and its treatments, mindful movement including chair yoga, emotional recovery, and returning to valued roles and activities.
