Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.
In this 8 week online Chair Yoga program, qualified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist-in-training Suzanne Watts will tailor the practices to suit you, making yoga accessible, safe and effective.
Studies have found that weekly yoga improves stress management, decreases lymphoedema, improves sleep, decreases anxiety and depression, improves balance, bone density, muscle strength, joint mobility and overall quality of life. Suitable for all ages, with no need to get up and down from the floor, this is an ideal way to be introduced to personalised yoga from the comfort of home.
