Focus on Healing - 9 September 2007

This fabulous day saw a select group of ladies singing and dancing like showgirls, giggling like schoolgirls and generally having a great time whilst improving their mobility and fitness.

Tara Hall conducted a class of therapeutic movement designed specifically for women who have undergone breast surgery. The afternoon finished with some laughter yoga (hence the giggling) and some personal affirmations. If you missed out call BCFWA or Tara on 0423 106 417 for a second chance.
