Forceful partnership launches
In 2009 the boys at Emirates Western Force have got a new range of challenges ahead of them selecting BCFWA as its second chosen charity for support during their 2009/10 seasons.
Getting their hands to the task straight away were new front row recruit Ben Castle and centre Junior Pelesasa who launched the partnership with a visit to the home of breast cancer patient Elouise Constantine, of Fremantle.
“After speaking with Elouise today and seeing how hard she’s fought and battled this terrible disease, it’s only right that we try to chip in and assist her and other breast cancer sufferers as much as we can,” said Pelesasa.
A number of initiatives will be undertaken during the year by the team to help raise funds for BCFWA.
