Donations In Memory
When families lose a loved one, they may wish to leave a gift in their memory or in lieu of flowers to a cause that was close to their hearts.
Donating in memory of losing someone close to you is a meaningful way to honour and celebrate their life.
How to make an In Memory Donation

Call Breast Cancer Care WA on 9324 3703 and make a donation via your credit card.

In person at our office at 1034 Wellington Street, West Perth.

Post your cheque to PO Box 250, West Perth WA 6872. Please remember to include details of who your donation is in memory of and your contact details.
How to organise a collection at a funeral
Loved ones may wish to request that guests make a donation at a funeral service in lieu of flowers or in memory. We would be pleased to assist by:

Providing in memory donation envelopes to the Funeral Home or to you direct.

Liaising with the Funeral Director to ensure the funeral notice includes wording for donations to Breast Cancer Care WA.
You may also wish to personally inform funeral guests that donations are requested to Breast Cancer Care WA.
In memory envelopes can be included in the funeral booklet, handed out by the funeral home or displayed discreetly for guests to collect as they choose.
Donations and Thank you
When a donation is made in memory of a loved one, we send the donor a thank you receipt letter.
We also send a personal letter to the next of kin advising them and the family of the names of people who have donated and a total amount. The individual donation amount remains confidential.
In memory donation envelopes can be returned by post to Breast Cancer Care WA or in person.
