A healthy and FUNdraising challenge

Channel Ten's 1 Million Kilo Challenge is a 10 week healthy lifestyle challenge that aims to equip all Australians with the resources, advice and motivation they need to achieve and maintain their healthy weight goal.

The challenge will run for 10 weeks (starting Monday 30th January) and promotes healthy eating, exercise and happier lifestyles for everyone that participates.

The 1 Million Kilo Challenge also offers participants the chance to raise funds for a charity close to their heart, upon completion of their registration.

The 1 Million Kilo Challenge will help you:

  • Educate yourself and your family about healthy eating. No diets or calorie counting. Food is meant to be fun, not mathematical!
  • Pre-plan, shop and get organised for all your meals and snacks.
  • Eat good, wholesome, unprocessed foods as often as possible.
  • Learn a bunch of delicious new recipes to add to your cooking repertoire!
  • Work exercise into the next 10 weeks and make it a natural and enjoyable part of your life.

  • Exercise plans including warm up and stretching guides plus a new training video each week for 10 weeks
  • 10 weeks worth of menu plans including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks complete with recipes. Even your shopping list is written out for you!
  • Access to an entire database of recipes suitable for, or easily adaptable to, special dietary requirements such as diabetes, vegetarian, allergies and intolerances.
  • Access to your own personal account; where you can monitor your progress and keep track of your weight loss goal.
