Breast Cancer Care WA fundraising events

Next Event: Date Sunday, 29 April 2012

The Celebration of Women Long Table Lunch was started in 2004 by Faith Nichols of Comestibles, to commemorate the life of Pippin Bath, a prominent member of the Perth catering industry who lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 37. Each year since, we have honoured another brave woman who has lost her life to breast cancer and provided a day for those who have survived and thrived to celebrate with their family and friends. Over the years, almost 4,500 people have attended the Long Table Lunch and over $535,000 has been raised to help Breast Cancer Care WA provide support services to those affected by breast cancer.

Next Event: Friday, 22 June 2012

Since 2005, people have been daring to wear a purple bra on the outside of their clothes on Purple Bra Day, to raise money for people affected by breast cancer. Every year participation levels and fundraising dollars increase, making it Breast Cancer Care WA’s biggest fundraiser of the year.

Next Event: Saturday, 30 June 2012

The unwavering support of Adultshop.com since 2004 and the staging of the Boobalicious Ball each year has played an integral role in Breast Cancer Care WA's ability to grow and provide its services. To date, this prestigious event has raised $617,400 - an outstanding achievement that translates to thousands of women across the state getting the support they need.
