About Us
Why are we Purple?
The Founder of the Breast Cancer Foundation of WA, Ros Worthington OAM, believes that purple is a universal colour which carries spiritual and healing powers.
Ros decided on purple as the colour of the BCFWA to represent the fact that we are a WA charity, and that the money raised in WA stays here to provide support and care for those affected by breast cancer.
