World Health Day is as good as any to check in with yourself, and ask "How am I doing? With everything that is going on in the world at the moment, the chances are your answer is going to be "I've been better". Fortunately, our counsellor Katie has some handy self-care tips to get you through self-isolation as best as you can. We all know the importance of moving, and keeping up some aspect of fitness routine, but Katie wants us to take a step back and consider our breathing.
